If you sell DEF under your own brand, or need volume blended to an agreed specification, we manufacture it and you keep the customer relationship. We review the target specification, documentation, packaging and production schedule with you before supply is agreed.
Blending to specification
Standard AUS32 is manufactured to meet ISO 22241 and IS 17042. Any specialty formulation is identified separately and is not presented as standard AUS32.
Batch testing and certificates
Every run is tested and logged, and you receive the certificate for each batch. This supports your own customer documentation and procurement requirements.
Your packaging and label
Filling across the full pack range from 5L to 1000L IBC, using your artwork and container specification.
Documentation support
Safety data sheet, product data sheet and the technical language your buyers and auditors ask for.
Scheduled volume
Monthly quantities and lead times are confirmed in the supply agreement.
Confidential arrangements
Confidentiality and customer relationship requirements are agreed in writing before production.

Scheduled blending, filling and dispatch, each batch tested and documented, each delivery traceable back to its run.
Contract blending suits you if
- You already have the customers and the brand, and what you lack is manufacturing.
- Your buyers ask for batch documentation and your current supplier cannot produce it.
- You need to agree monthly quantities and production schedules.
- You want the relationship kept confidential, in writing.
Be aware that
- Minimum volumes apply. Blending, filling and testing a dedicated run has a floor below which it does not make sense for either side.
- We will not blend outside ISO 22241 limits and call the result AUS32. Any additised formulation ships labelled as a separate specialty product.
- Artwork, container specification and regulatory labelling for your market remain your responsibility.
