Carry a sealed pack
Carry a sealed pack only where suitable vehicle storage is available. Secure it upright and follow the product storage instructions.
- 5L and 10L for passenger vehicles
- 20L and 35L for trucks and buses
- Sealed until you use it, no decanting
Set up your own point
If your vehicles pass the same depot daily, a barrel or IBC with a dedicated DEF pump ends the search entirely.
- 210L barrel or 1000L IBC on site
- Dedicated pump kept only for DEF
- Loose or tanker supply once volume justifies it
DEF supply for fuel stations.
Fuel stations and workshops can enquire about packed DEF stock or dispensing arrangements. Quantities, delivery schedules and documentation are agreed before supply.
- DEF goes only in the dedicated DEF filler. Never in the diesel tank.
- Do not top up from an unlabelled container someone has decanted into.
- If the warning has already appeared, refill before the vehicle enters restart inhibit: not after.
- Keep spare packs shaded in the cab, not on a hot deck in direct sun.
- Wipe spills. DEF dries to a white crystalline residue on paintwork and fittings.
