Contamination and SCR performance.
Contaminated DEF can affect SCR performance and damage components. Keep containers closed and use clean, DEF-compatible transfer equipment.
The specification sets low limits for trace metals. Avoid containers previously used for other fluids and follow the equipment manufacturer's handling instructions.
