How we process certificate requests.

You send the codes

The batch code identifies the production run. The customer code confirms the fluid was supplied to you.

We match the records

The quality team locates the test record for that run and checks it against the dispatch record for your account.

The certificate is issued

It carries the measured values for that batch against the ISO 22241 and IS 17042 limits: not a generic specification sheet.

You file it

Keep it with your procurement or maintenance records. For BS-VI vehicles under warranty this is the document that shows what went into the tank.
